我国服务型政府研究述评

Commentary on China’ s Service Oriented Government Research

服务型政府是一种新型的政府管理体制。文章从服务型政府的内涵、与传统管制型政府的区别以及政府建设等方面进行了对比研究。在当前提倡建立和谐社会的背景下,转变政府职能,建立服务型政府是时代对政府的呼唤,是社会对政府的要求。

Service government is a new governmental managerial system. Its connotation, difference between traditional control centered government and government construction are studied comparatively in this paper. Under the background of establishing harmonious society, shifting the government function, setting up service government is required by the whole society.
