正确的教育观是高职教育实现育人目标的先决条件。高等职业技术教育的培养目标应着眼于整个职业生涯,确立"教育创新"与"创新教育"的办学思想,真正使学校办出特色和质量。同时应着力推进人才培养模式和教学内容体系的改革与建设,实现产学研深层次的结合,为我国现代化建设培养大批高等技术应用性人才。

Correct educational concept is the prerequisite condition for higher vocational schools realizing its aim of education. To establish a school of characteristics and high quality, training aim of the higher vocational education should keep its eye on the whole professional career and set up guiding principles as education innovation and innovating education for a school. Moreover, reform and construction of talent training mode and teaching content system should be promoted, deep combination of producing, study and research should be realized, in order to bring up large groups of higher technical and applied talents.
