对职业院校实行弹性学制的思考

Consideration on Flexible Education System Carried out by Vocational Schools

随着社会主义市场经济的逐步确立和职业教育改革的深入发展,职业教育的学制变革已成为令人瞩目的课题。职业院校实行弹性学制不仅有客观依据,而且有多方面的优越性。实行弹性学制,应从以下几方面着手:颁布实施方案,建立健全管理制度;修订教学计划,构建模块式课程教学体系;推行学分制与证书制相结合的教学管理制度;严格过程管理;加强考核管理工作。

With the gradual establishment of the socialist economy and the deep development of vocational education reform,educational system reform of vocational schools has become an important subject attracts people’s attention.Carrying out flexible education system in vocational schools has all kinds of advantages as well as its objective basis.The following methods should be used to put flexible education system into use: publish project,build and perfect management system;revise teaching plan,establish model educational system;push ahead teaching management system which integrates credit system with certificate;regulate strictly the processing management;enhance checkup and management system
