学生辅导员是学生政治思想工作的骨干力量及桥梁,辅导员除了必须加强自身思想品德、科学文化和教育理论的修养外,还应了解和研究学生的各种情况、组织和培养班集体、做好后进生的转化教育工作,同时协调各方面对教育的影响,引导学生健康成长。

Instructor is the backbone strength and the bridge for students’ political and ideological work. Besides strengthening their own cultivation of ideology,scientific and cultural level as well as educational theories,instructors should keep in mind the different situations of the students,pay attention to the organization and collection of the class,do their best to transfer backward students,coordinate education influence in various aspects,improve their own working ability and guides the student healthy development.
