工程类高职校企合作模式分析

Analysis on Cooperation Patterns between Higher Engineering Vocational Colleges and Enterprises

工程类高职校企合作,包含有工学交替模式、工学并行模式等,每种模式都各有优缺点。目前的现实是缺乏有效的校企合作机制,障碍在于观念、政策、运行机制等的偏差,特别是以学校为主的校企合作模式存在弊端。构建有效的校企合作模式,需要学校和企业双方都加深对校企合作的认识,加强交往,制定相应的法律法规和政策,并能得到社会和政府的支持。

Both advantages and disadvantages can be found in the present cooperation patterns between engineering vocational colleges and enterprises,such as college-enterprise-exchange-pattern and college-enterprise-parallel-pattern. At present,the main problems about this cooperation are that an effective cooperation system is not available,that some concerned conceptions,policies and operation systems are not practical,and especially that shortcomings exist in college based cooperation.Therefore,in order to establish an effective and practical cooperation pattern,both colleges and enterprises should deepen their knowledge about college-enterprise cooperation,certain corresponding regulations, laws and policies should be established,and social and governmental coordination as well support should be focused on the corporation between higher engineering vocational colleges and enterprises.
