在高职学院中实施人文关怀是高职教育特殊性的根本要求,是高职学生自身发展的内在要求,是教育发展趋势的客观要求。要从学生的需要、成长、个性发展、品德等方面构建人文关怀的内容,并通过课堂教学、校园文化建设、社会实践以及网络建设等途径来实现对学生的人文关怀。

Putting humanistic care into practice in Higher Vocational college is the fundamental requirement of particularity of vocational education,the internal needs for higher vocational students,the objective requirement of the educational trend.To achieve the humanistic concern,construction of the content of humane care from the needs of students,growth,personality development,ethics,classroom teaching,campus cultural,social practices,and network construction together with other means should be used.
