从几个侧面看我国高校国防教育的发展

我国高校国防教育在快速发展的同时,也存在以下问题:关于高校国防教育的法律、法规部分存在操作性不强的问题,国防教育费用总量不足,国防教育师资缺乏。为此建议:各个地方高等院校制定符合其实际情况的详尽的国防教育的操作制度,并严格执行;高校积极争取国防教育费用,将有限的费用发挥最大的作用;加强高校国防教育师资队伍建设。

Some laws,regulations and documents related to college national defense education made during the year from 1958 to 2003 are not very easy to operate.Problems as fee shortage,inadequate teaching staff are still existing and the school is needed to solve.Detailed operating system confirms to the reality should be made and carried out by the civil colleges.Colleges should try to get fees for national defense and make full use of them.The teaching staffconstruction should also be enhanced.
