高职学校文化建设与企业文化对接的思考

Thinking About the Connection between Higher Vocational College Culture Construction and Enterprise Culture

如何使高职院校培养的"灰领(银领)人才"迅速适应现代企业的管理,完成从"校园人"到"企业人"的平稳转变和快速过渡,要求高职院校在学校文化建设中借鉴优秀的企业文化理念,营造浓厚的职业教育环境,建设具有高职特质并且能与企业文化"无缝"对接的学校文化。实现两者之间"无缝"对接的途径包括:吸纳优秀企业的核心价值观;吸纳企业优秀人员,加强师资队伍建设;构建具有企业行为导向的学校文化体系;全方位、全过程实施校企结合等。

Researching on the connection between higher vocational college culture and enterprise culture is an important task. How to make the graduates from such colleges adjust to the management of the modern enterprises rapidly? Higher vocational colleges should borrow ideas from the culture of the outstanding enterprises to make seamless connection between school culture and enterprise culture. Learning from the enterprises’ core values, introducing excellent staff from different enterprises and constructing a enterprise-oriented school culture system can be the proper ways to achieve this goal.
