摘要
教学是学科带头人成长的土壤,是学科传承的重要渠道,是学科建设的源泉,是学科建设的基本途径;学科建设是优秀教师成长的土壤,是教学内容的源泉,是提高教学质量的关键,是教学发展的母机。教学与学科建设的统一性,要求高校两手都要抓,两手都要硬。只有这样,高校方能走上可持续的良性发展之路。
Teaching is the basis for the leaders in their chosen fields of learning,the important channel for the discipline continuity,the resource for disciplinary development and the essential way for the disciplinary construction.Disciplinary construction is the soil for the cultivation of good teachers,the resource of teaching contents and the key element to improve teaching qualities and to promote teaching affairs.It is necessary to pay great attention to both teaching affairs and disciplinary construction.Thus favorable and sustained development can be realized in higher learning schools.
