摘要
2001年,《中华人民共和国婚姻法》进行了修改,修改时确立了离婚赔偿制度。文章针对我国离婚损害赔偿制度的适用范围、权利主体与义务主体的范围几个较具争议的问题进行了具体分析,提出了自己的看法。
"Marriage Law of the PRC"was modified in the year 2001.Divorce compensation system was established at the same time.Specific analysis was given to the respects of controversial issues as scope of application,main subjects of rights and obligations.Viewpoint was put forward in the paper.
