摘要
企业文化的结构分为四个层次:价值层、规范层、行为层、实体层,价值层是企业文化的核心,其他3个层次是价值层的外显形态;每个层次由于其在企业文化建设中的地位不同,因而显现出不同的激励功能。
The structure of Enterprise culture can be divided into the following four levels:the value level,the standard level,the behavior level and the physical level.The value level is the core of corporate culture while the other three are the explicit form of the value level.Different incentive function appeared because of the different roles the levels played.
