汉代乡官“有秩”、“啬夫”补论

New Discussion of the Township Officials’“Youzhi”and “Sefu”in the Han Dynasty

运用考古资料,尤其是近年出土的《尹湾汉墓简牍》,结合历史文献相互参证分析,对汉代乡官"有秩"与"啬夫"及其相关问题,获得前人不曾揭示的一些新认识:汉代乡官"有秩"与"啬夫",名称虽异,但都是乡里负全面领导责任的最主要的行政长官;汉乡一级的领导体制似应为乡有秩或乡啬夫统一领导下的分工负责制;又因乡有秩地位略高于乡啬夫,所以也更有机会升迁为二三百石的长吏。

According to archaeological materials,especially the"Yin Wan Han bamboo slips"which has been unearthed in recent years,combing the analysis of other history literature,some new discoveries about the origin and duty of the township officials were found out.The township-level leadership system was the division of responsibility under the unified leadership of"Youzhi"and"Sefu".For the rank of"Youzhi"is a little bit higher than"Sefu",they had moreHan Dynasty;the township officials;"Youzhi";"Sefu";power opportunities of promotion.
