浅议西藏生态旅游的现状及开发

An analysis of the Present Situation and Development of Tibetan Eco-tourism

西藏拥有得天独厚的生态旅游资源,是开展生态旅游、观光、度假、探险、考察的理想场所。根据西藏生态旅游资源的优越条件,从西藏生态旅游发展潜力的角度入手,针对当前西藏生态旅游开发所存在的"局部区域环境污染,区位条件差,资金少,旅游专业人才匮乏,管理滞后"等问题,应采取政府主导的保护性开发;公路、铁路、航空三位立体联动;生态旅游文化"内涵式"发展等措施。

Tibet is an ideal place for eco-tourism development,sightseeing,vacation and expedition with its unique and rich eco-tourism resource that blend together the land,water,biology and human.This article has put forward some proposals—the protective exploitation led by the Government;the three dimension model of highway,railway and air;satisfying ecotourism service;intentional development of eco-tourism culture and so on from the angles of Tibet ecotourism potential development directing against the current problems of Tibet eco-tourism exploitation such as the environmental pollution of some regions,poor conditions of some area,being deficient in capital,lack of professional persons in tourism,the lag of management etc.abased on the present advanced conditions of Tibet e co-tourism resources.
