地方高校心理健康教育工作队伍建设研究

Study on Construction of Local College Psychological Health Education Team

当前地方高校心理健康教育队伍存在如下问题:专职人员缺少,工作不专一,兼职人员专业知识薄弱;忙于应付事务,调查研究较少;相对封闭,缺乏交流合作;工作压力较大,害怕出现自杀等重大事件;发展方向不明确,缺乏有力的制度保障;培训学习机会不多,理论知识和实践能力有待提高。加强地方高校心理健康教育工作队伍建设应从以下方面做起:严格准入机制,提高整体素质;健全工作运行机制,提高工作水准;建立考核激励机制,提高工作积极性;完善培训进修机制,提高理论水平、业务能力和自身心理素质;建立交流合作机制,实现共同提高。

The following problems exist in current local university psychologically healthy education troops:full time personnel shortage made the work not single-mindedly,part-time duty specialized knowledge is weak;dealing with business,short of investigation and study;relative seal,lacks the exchange cooperation;big working pressure,fears presents the suicide and big events;development direction not explicit,lacks the powerful system safeguard;not many training study opportunity,the theoretical knowledge and the practical ability wait for enhancing.Strengthens the psychologically healthy educational work troop construction,we should start from the below aspect:strict admittance mechanism to improves the overall quality;perfect work operational mechanism to enhances the work standard;establish inspection incentive mechanism to enhances the work enthusiasm;consummates the training further education mechanism to raise the theoretical level,professional ability and own psychological quality;establish exchange cooperation mechanism to realize common enhancement.
