摘要
基于职业院校"双师型"教师的特点,构建高职教师评价内容体系的框架,应以自我评价、学生评价、企业评价、领导同行评价及社会评价为主体,同时要注意:评价要与管理同步协调;科学运用评价结果。
Based on the characteristics of the vocational colleges "double-role teaches",to construct the system framework of higher vocational teachers’ evaluation content,self assessment and evaluation,students’ evaluation,leading enterprises and social evaluation should be regarded as the main part.At the same time,evaluation should coordinate with management and its result should be used scientifically.
