摘要
西藏拥有丰富的文化资源,但由于多头管理,缺乏懂经营、善管理的文化经营管理人才;产业化程度低,结构不合理;由于有影响的文化品牌和拳头产品还很少与文化产业相关的学术研究和全国相比仍然很落后,西藏文化产业发展缓慢。虽则如此,西藏的文化产业发展仍具备诸多有利条件。要扬长避短发展西藏文化产业,应积极发展适合西藏实际的文化产业项目;应探索适合西藏文化产业发展的战略;应树立"人力资源是第一资源"的观念;应坚持旅游产业作为文化产业发展的先导和龙头;应充分运用区内外的优势及资源促进西藏文化产业的发展。
Tibet is rich in cultural resources.However,hence overlapping management,lacking of cultural management personnel who understand business,low level of industrialization and irrational structure,influential cultural brand and quality products,academic research associated with the cultural industries is still very backward compared with other places of the nation.Even so,many favorable conditions still exist for the development of Tibet’s cultural industries.To exceed and develop Tibetan culture industry,cultural industry projects suitable for Tibet reality should be actively developed;strategies should be explored to suit the development of Tibet’s cultural industry;concept that "Human resources are the primary resource" should be set;tourism industry as a pilot and leader of cultural industry development should be adhered to;internal and external strengths and resources should be made full use of to promote development of Tibetan cultural industry.
