地方建设学习型党组织的调查分析——基于湛江的个案研究

Survey on Building Learning Party Organizations in Local Area——Based on Case in Zhanjiang

建设学习型党组织是建设马克思主义学习型政党的基础工程和组织保障。中共中央办公厅印发的《关于推进学习型党组织建设的意见》强调"把各级党组织建设成为学习型党组织,是建设马克思主义学习型政党的基础工程。"学习型党组织的建设是一个长期的、系统的工程,需要加倍的努力。探索地方建设学习型党组织要按照《意见》中四大要求把党建设成为马克思主义学习型政党。从广东省湛江市地方建设学习型党组织调查研究的基础上,立足问卷调查,对湛江市建立学习型党组织的状况进行分析,探索地方建设学习型党组织的长效机制。

Building a learning party is a basic engineering and tissue protection to build a learning party of Marxism.Views on Promoting Learning Party Organization Construction issued by CPC Central Committee stressed that "to build Party at all levels learning organizations is the basic project to construct the same party of Marxism." It is a long-term,systematic engineering,need redouble efforts to realize.The four factors in the View should be accorded to the building in local area.Based on a questionnaire survey of Zhanjiang City,a long-term mechanism was explored.
