Primary Exploration on Fitter Practice Teaching Reform——Taking Quanzhou Institute of Technology for Example

泉州理工职业学院钳工实习出现了:硬件设施不足;教学内容和教学方法老化;师资不足等问题。要解决这些问题就需要:加大钳工实训室的投入,加强实习基地的建设;深化钳工实习教学改革;实行钳工技术等级考核;引进教师或安排教师进修。

Problems as shortage of hardware facilities and teachers,aging of teaching contents and teaching method shortage appeared in Quanzhou Institute of Technology fitter practice.To solve the problems,fitter training room construction investment should be increased,practice base should be strengthened,fitter practice teaching reform should be deepened,technical level bench evaluation should be carried out and the introduction of teachers or teacher training should be improved.
