以校本课程开发促进教师专业发展

Teacher’s Professional Promotion by School-based Curriculum Development

摘要 校本课程是学校根据自己的实际情况,有针对性地自主开发研制的教育产物,能够适应学生心理的发展变化,促进学生个性的全面发展。校本课程开发作为教师的一种行动研究,是以学校为课程开发的基地、以教育为课程开发的决策依据、以教师为课程开发的主体的一种课程研究模式,它对于教师的专业发展有着重要的促进作用。同时,教师的专业发展也对校本课程开发有着积极的反哺效应,二者是相辅相成、相得益彰的过程,校本课程开发是教师专业发展的一条有效途径。 School-based curriculum is a targeted product development of education,which school developed independently according to its own actual situation and can adapt to the students’ psychological developments and changes,promote their comprehensive personality development.As an action research for the teachers,schoolbased curriculum development took school as the base,education as decision-making basis,teacher as the main body of curriculum development,plays an important role in promoting teachers’ professional development.At the same time,the teacher’s professional development has a positive feedback effect on school-based curriculum development.They complement each other and is an effective way of teacher professional development.
