高校思政教育人文关怀和心理疏导缺失及原因分析

College Ideological and Political Education Humanistic Care and Psychological Counseling lack and Its Reason Analysis

注重人文关怀和心理疏导是新时期研究高校思想政治教育的新课题。尽管高校思想政治教育在人文关怀和心理疏导方面进行了有益的探索,但从总体上来看,仍存在着一些诸如忽视学生的合理需要、忽视学生的主体性、忽视学生的精神家园构建、师生之间缺乏情感交流等问题。高校思想政治教育人文关怀和心理疏导缺失的原因是多方面的,追根溯源,既有来自我们思想政治教育者自身的因素,又有思想政治教育制度、载体、内容、方法等方面的因素。

Paying attention to humanistic care and psychological counseling is a new study subject of ideological and political education in the new period.Though experienced beneficial exploration,generally speaking,problems such as neglect of the students’ reasonable needs,subjectivity and spiritual construction,lack of emotional communication between teachers and students still exist.Reasons for lack of humanistic care and psychological counseling ideological and political education in colleges and universities showed both from our ideological and political educators themselves,and from the system of ideological and political education,carrier,content and methods etc.
