“订单式”人才培养方案的探索与思考

由于社会经济的不断发展,企业对于人才的需求也变得多样化,而现有的培养方式已经不能够满足这种需求。"订单式"人才培养模式就是在高等教育改革实践中逐渐发展起来的,它显现出了"校企合作、工学结合"的人才培养特点,在实施的过程中能够实现学校、企业和学生"三赢"的效果。针对各高等院校实施"订单式"人才培养的途径、存在的问题与对策进行探索研究,才能促进适合陕西职业技术学院"订单式"人才培养模式的完善与发展。

Due to the continuous development of social economy,the existing talent cultivation mode could not satisfy the enterprises’ diversified demand. The "Order form"training mode,which showed the characteristics of"school enterprise cooperation,work study combination"talents cultivation,was gradually developed during the reform of higher education. In the course of implementation,benefits for the schools,businesses and students can be realized. Explore the "order form"talents cultivation way,the existence question and their countermeasure in other schools,mode fits Shaanxi Vocational and Technical College can be improved and developed.
