在继"最难就业季"后,2015年高校毕业生数量将达到749万,被媒体称为"更难就业季"。应对"更难就业季",政府首先要正视知识失业,不断探寻解决之道;其次,实现充分就业,营造公平合理的人才市场氛围;第三,为毕业生提供更详实,更多渠道的就业指导,做好协调工作。

After "the hardest employment season",the college graduates will up to 7,490,000 in 2015,which is called "the harder employment season"by the media. The government should first face up knowledge unemployed and adhere to solutions. Fair and reasonable talent market atmosphere should be set up to achieve full employment.More detailed and more channels of employment guidance should be provided and good coordination should be given to the graduates.
