Discussion on Chinese Government Information Publicization System Development

当前,在构建服务型政府的大背景下,我国仅有的《政府信息公开条例》已无法满足民众日益增长的政府信息知情需要,健全政府信息公开制度显得尤为必要和紧迫。借鉴其他国家和地区在政府信息公开方面的先进经验和做法,探索制定一整套政府信息公开法律体系,是我国政府信息公开制度的发展方向。

Currently,under the background of building service-oriented government,Open Government Information has been unable to meet the increasing needs of the public to inform the government information,which make it necessary and urgent to improve the government’s information disclosure system. By drawing on advanced experience of other countries and regions in the government information publicization practices,setting up a set of information legal system is the direction for our government to develop information disclosure system.
