高校学生管理工作的开展时逢新媒体时代的到来,互联网的更新与应用对高校突发事件的预警与处理工作既是机遇又是挑战。基于此背景,高校突发事件的管理工作应当积极与新媒体手段相结合,明确新媒体在学生突发事件管理中的不足,认识到应用新媒体手段的重要性和优势,完善高校突发事件管理与新媒体手段的结合途径。

The development of the student management in higher learning schools came just as the era of new media. Internet update and application provides both opportunity and challenge to emergency warning and work processing. Based on this,the emergency management in colleges and universities should actively combined with new media means. The deficiency of new media in the student’s emergency management should be cleared up,the importance and advantages of using it should be realized,the combination of emergency management and the new media means should be perfect.
