“微时代”中大学生就业指导体系构建初探 被引量:2

College Students’ Employment Guidance System Construction in “Micro Era”

摘要 "微时代"中大学生就业现状表现为就业资讯来源比以往更广泛更及时,但内容碎片化导致误导性;就业心理更加复杂;就业领域更加灵活。就业指导现状表现为形式单一内容空洞、缺乏系统规划、"微就业"指导的利用率和使用率不高。基于此,应从开设丰富多样的就业指导课程、健全完善就业指导内容、开展丰富多彩的"微就业"指导形式三方面着手构建"微时代"中大学生就业指导体系。 "Micro Era"has provided college students more widely and timely employment information sources,but fragments of the content result in misleading. More complicated employment psychology and more flexible employment field appeared as well. The current situation of employment guidance characterized as a single vacuous form,system planning shortage,not high utilization rate under "micro-employment"guidance. Therefore,college students’ employment guidance system should be constructed from three aspects as opening rich employment guidance courses,improving employment guidance contents,developing colorful "micro-employment"guidance forms.
