College Students’ Civic Consciousness Cultivation

鉴于当代大学生权利意识和责任意识淡薄的公民意识现状,培养大学生公民意识,就成了完善社会主义市场经济的必要条件、发展社会主义民主政治的内在要求、大学生自身成长发展的根本动力。只有从营造良好的社会环境、加强学校的教育培养、倡导家庭教育职能的转变诸方面齐抓共管,才可能加强对大学生公民意识的培养力度,使其真正成为社会主义建设事业的接班人和生力军。

In view of the contemporary college students’ rights and responsibility consciousness of the civic consci ousness,cultivating college students’ civic consciousness became the necessary condition for improving the socialist market economy,the internal requirement of developing socialist democratic politics and the fundamental driving force to develop the college students’ growth. Only control and administrate cooperatively from creating favorable social environment,strengthening school education and training,advocating transition the function of the family can we strengthen the cultivation of college students’ civic consciousness and make it really the successors to the cause of socialist construction and the powerhouse.
