Professional Quality Education of Higher Vocational Colleges in the Perspective of “Craftsman Spirit”

随着我国高职教育事业的发展,'工匠精神'成为日常教学工作中频繁出现的词汇。工匠精神既是一种价值观念的呈现,也是一种乐在其中的坚守。这一思想意识引导高职院校在工作过程中全面实施素质教育,以'以人为本'的教学理念,提高职业院校学生敢于创新、追求质量和统一个性的价值思想,确保'工匠精神'在我国职业教育中生根发芽。

With the development of higher vocational education in China,"craftsman spirit "has become a frequent term in daily teaching process. It is not only a presentation of values,but also a pleasure to stick to. This ideology guides higher vocational colleges to implement quality education in the process of their work in an all-round way. We should take the teaching philosophy of"people-oriented"to enhance the value of vocational college students’ ideological innovation,pursuit of quality and unified personality,so as to ensure the"craftsman spirit"to take root in our vocational education.
