新形势下陕西省高职院校学生管理工作现状调查与分析——基于陕西省10所高职院校学生管理现状调研评估

Investigation and Analysis of Higher Vocational College Students Management in Shaanxi Province under the New Situation——Based on Investigation and Evaluation of 10 Higher Vocational Colleges in Shaanxi Province

通过对陕西省10所高职院校的学生管理工作现状进行调研,分析了当前高职院校学生管理工作现状和影响因素。分别从创新管理理念,完善管理机制;严格队伍管理,加强队伍建设;发挥学生干部骨干作用,增强学生管理工作实效等3方面提出改进和完善高职院校学生管理对策和建议,以期全面提升陕西省高职院校学生管理工作水平。

Based on the investigation of students management situation in ten higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Provence,this paper analyzes the present students management situation and influence factors. In order to improve the overall students management level in Shaanxi Province,some countermeasures and suggestion are put forward from three perspectives: to innovate management concept and perfect management mechanism; to enforce management team and strengthen management team construction; and to stress student cadres role and improve students management efficiency.
