“一带一路”背景下高职外语教育服务企业“走出去”的途径

Approaches for Vocational Colleges Going out to Serve Enterprises in the Background of “the Belt and Road”Initiative

'一带一路'战略构想的提出加速了我国企业'走出去'的步伐,也对高职院校外语人才的培养提出了新的发展要求。在新的发展形势下,高职院校应该正视当前外语人才培养现状,从人才培养目标、课程设置、教学资源、教学模式等方面入手进行改革,缓解外语人才质量和企业需求之间的矛盾,为'一带一路'战略的发展奠定外语人才基础。

With the proposal of "the Belt and Road Initiative",the "going out"pace of Chinese enterprises has been accelerated and also new development requirements for the cultivation of foreign language talents in higher vocational colleges have been put forward. Under the new development conditions,vocational college should face up to the current situation of foreign language talent cultivation,and carry out the reform from the aspects of talent cultivation goal,curriculum setting,teaching resources and teaching model to alleviate the contradiction between foreign language talent and enterprise demand,thus lay the foundation of foreign language talents for the development of "B&R".
