摘要
办好人民满意的教育是习近平总书记在2018年全国教育大会上的重要讲话精神,同时也是党自十八大以来对教育工作者提出的最基本的要求。文章利用中国教育科学研究院的高等教育满意度调查问卷对陕西某高职院校毕业生进行了满意度调查,结果表明:1.学生总体教育满意度处于中等偏上水平;2.各因素在五个维度方面均呈现出不同程度的显著性差异;3.学生认为通过三年学习学习能力得到提升,而学生外语和写作能力提升不够明显。根据调查结果分析,建议通过以下几个方面不断改进教育教学管理,提升学生教育满意度:1.加强内部质量保证体系建设;2.加强产教融合、校企合作,提升专业(群)建设质量;3.注重提升学生参与感和获得感;4.建立良好的师生课后沟通交流机制;5.加强学生综合能力的培养。
It is the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech at the 2018 National Education Congress and the most basic requirement for educators put forward by the Party since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC).This paper makes a survey on the satisfaction of graduates of a higher vocational college in Shaanxi by using the questionnaire of higher education satisfaction of the China Academy of Educational Sciences.The results show that:1.The overall educational satisfaction of students is in the upper and middle evel;2.All the factors showed significant differences in the five dimensions.3.Students think that through three years of learning ability,but students’foreign language and writing ability is not obvious.According to the analysis of the survey results,it is suggested that the management of education and teaching should be improved and the satisfaction of students’education should be improved through the following aspects:1.Strengthen the construction of internal quality assurance system;2.Strengthen the integration of production and education,cooperate with school and enterprise to improve the quality of professional(group)construction;3.Pay attention to improve students’sense of participation and achievement;4.Establish a good communication mechanism between teachers and students after class;5.Strengthen the cultivation of students’comprehensive ability.
