摘要
Round-robin算法是一种简易,有效的公平仲裁方法。文章介绍了一种改进的算法原理,给出证明。最后给出了此种算法的电路实现方案。
Algorithm of Round-Robin is a simple and effective method which can implement the arbitration in equality.In this paper,we introduce an improving algorithm of round-robin,testify its correctness,and present a detail implementation of the algorithm.
