摘要
以重庆钢铁集团钢管公司新产品—汽车传动轴用电焊钢管的试制为例 ,介绍了Φ89mm× 2 .5mm汽车传动轴用钢管的试制工艺 ,以及利用新材料、新装备对提高电焊钢管力学性能、几何尺寸精度的效果。
As the example of new product of Chongqing Steel & Iron Corporation--electric welded pipes applied into auto-mobile,it introduces the test manufacture procedure of Φ 89 mm×2.5 mm welded pipe applied into automobile drive axle,and results of electric welded pipe improved mechanical properties and dimension accuracy with new materials and new equipments.The success of this product testing manufacture supplied the new thought for new products development and structure adjustment in traditional steel enterprise.
