螺纹钢三切分轧制轧件尺寸影响因素的分析

Analysis of factors affecting on dimension of rolling stock during 3-slit rolling of deformed bars

借助有限元分析软件MARC/Autoforge,对螺纹钢三切分轧制进行了有限元模拟,定量分析了切分后轧件尺寸变化的影响因素。分析表明,预切分道次对轧件的尺寸有一定的调节作用,矩形坯料的宽度与厚度是影响切分后轧件尺寸变化的主要因素。

With the aide of FE software MARC/Autoforge,3slit rolling process of deformed bars is simulated.Factors that cause dimension variation of the rolling stock after slitting are analyzed quantitatively.The results indicate that the preslitting pass can regulate the dimension of rolling stock in some degree.The width and height of rectangle stock are the main factors that cause dimension variation of the rolling stock after slitting.
