摘要
分析了非典对我国财政所造成的压力,指出传统的解决财政赤字的方法对于解决非典所造成的财政赤字并不适用,并提出了一些削减由非典所造成的财政赤字的政策措施的建议。
Analyzes the effect of SARS on Chinese finance.Points out that the traditional ways to settle the financial deficit are not suitable, so tries to make some suggesting to settle the financial deficit.
