20世纪90年代以来,由于国内外经济形势的变化,美国对其贸易政策如全球多边贸易和地区贸易以及出口、网络贸易等方面做出了调整。自由贸易政策从全球主义退到了地区主义,同时贸易保护主义有所抬头。归根到底,这是美国国际竞争力下降的必然而又无奈的选择。美国的贸易政策的转变必将对世界贸易产生重大影响。

Since 1990,the USA government has adjusted its trade policy according to the change of economic situation in the united states,such as global multilateral trade,regional trade,exports and intelconnected trade.It didn't promote freetrade policy any more.At the same time the protectionism of trade was arisen.In the final analysis,it is attributed to the descendant of USA international competition.The adjustment of USA trade policy will bring great effect to the world commerce.
