摘要
从热力学和动力学的角度分析了ASEA -AKF精炼过程 ,并针对洁净钢生产优化了精炼工艺 ,得到了稳定的产品质量 ,使高碳钢 (w (C) =0 .5 5 %~ 0 .6 5 %)中w (T .O)平均 <15× 10 -6、w([Si]) <0 .0 10 %,w(夹杂 )总量为 0 .0 0 2 3%。
The ASEA-SKF refining process has been analyzed according to the principles of kinetics and thermodynamics. Consistent high quality products are obtained, in which the w(T.O) of high carbon (w(C)= 0.55 %~ 0.65 % average<15×10 -6, w()< 0.010 %,and total inclusion is 23×10 -6 by way of optimization of refining process in light of the problems existing in the production of clean steel.
