Analyzing Clinical Factors of Pain Level in Orthodontic Patients

目的:分析正畸患者疼痛程度的临床因素,为预防和治疗正畸疼痛提供相关的临床资料.方法:收集本院2015年1-7月已接诊行双下颌固定的正畸患者225例进行研究,分析影响患者疼痛程度的临床因素.结果:单因素分析发现和正畸患者发生重度疼痛与性别、年龄、焦虑有显著性关系.Logistic回归分析和拟合之后,性别(P=0.003)、年龄(P=0.015)、焦虑(P=0.027)为正畸患者发生重度疼痛的独立危险因素.结论:正畸患者疼痛程度受性别、年龄、焦虑因素影响,与民族和牙拥挤度无关.

Object: To analysis clinical factors of the pain level in orthodontic patients in order to offer the original clinical evidence for treatment and precaution. Methods: Two hundred twenty five orthodontic patients were investigated in order to discuss and research the clinical factors of pain in orthodontic. Result: In the investigation statistics, 3 factors out of 5 factors were proved to be interrelated with the serious pain in orthodontic patients. The risk factors for serious pain such as the sex(P=0.003)、age(P=0.015)and anxiety(P=0.027)were include d. Conclusion:The pain level in orthodontic patients was influenced by several factors such as sex, age and anxiety except nation and the rate of dental crowding .
