西北地区生态脆弱贫困区生态经济发展模式定量研究

Quantitative Research on Ecological Economic Development Pattern of Ecological Fragile Poverty-Stricken Areas in Northwest China

文章主要对西北地区生态脆弱贫困区生态经济发展模式进行定量分析。选择我国西北地区具有代表性的陕西省吴起县作为实证分析对象,分析其生态脆弱性与经济贫困间的双重矛盾,确定其衡量指标体系及影响因素,最后对该县生态经济发展模式进行定量研究。通过研究表明,我国西北地区解决生态脆弱贫困区问题,就必须打破"脆弱—贫困"的恶性循环发展模式,贯彻执行生态经济发展模式,扭转生态环境恶化局面,从而实现生态与经济的可持续发展。

This article mainly carries out a quantitative analysis on the ecological economy development pattern of the northwest region ecology fragile poverty area.In this paper,Wuqi County,Shaanxi Province,which is representative of Northwest China,is selected as the empirical analysis object.The dual contradiction between its ecological vulnerability and economic poverty is analyzed,and its measurement index system and the factors affecting the ecological fragile poverty in Wuqi County are determined.Finally,the quantitative research on the model of ecological economic development in Wuqi County is carried out.Through the study,it is shown that in the northwest region of China to solve the ecological fragile and poor areas,it is necessary to break the vicious cycle development model of'fragile and poor',carry out the ecological economic development model,reverse the deterioration of the ecological environment,and thus realize the sustainable development of ecology and economy.
