Coupling Analysis of Environmental Performance and Economic Development in Twelfth Five-Year Plan

文章建立了以环境健康、生态安全、资源持续、管理支撑4个二级指标为基础的绩效评估框架,对我国"十二五"期间各省份的环境绩效情况进行评估和分析。采用Pearson检验法,对全国30个省份的GDP、人均GDP、环境绩效指数得分、环境健康指数、生态安全指数、资源持续指数以及管理支撑指数指标分别进行双变量的相关性分析,得出全国省级环境绩效指数与GDP以及人均GDP中等正相关的结论,提出加快经济发展、提高管理支撑能力等政策建议。

This paper establishes the performance evaluation framework based on four secondary indicators: environmental health, ecological security, resource sustainability and management support. It evaluates and analyzes the environmental performance of various provinces and cities in China during the Twelfth Five-year Plan period. Using the Pearson test method, the bivariate correlation analysis was carried out on the GDP, GDP per capita, environmental performance index score, environmental health index, ecological security index, resource sustainability index and management support index of30 provinces across the country. The conclusion is that the level environmental performance index is positively correlated with GDP and GDP per capita. The policy recommendations for accelerating economic development and improving management support were proposed.
