生态文明视角下农村低碳经济发展路径探新

New Exploration of the Development Path of Rural Low Carbon Economy from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

低碳经济是指以可持续发展理念为指导,借助产业升级、制度优化、技术创新等手段,最大限度地降低能源消耗,减少温室气体排放,旨在实现经济社会与生态环境之间共生共赢的经济发展模式。然而,由于思想观念、发展方式、生产方式、技术资金等因素综合所致,低碳经济这一全新经济范式,在我国广大农村地区推行难度大、阻碍较多、困境重重,短期内尚未成为农村经济发展的新形态。故此,除了要改变人们的思想观念,构建绿色生产方式之外,还应以生态文明为视角,以生态文明理念为指导,以尊重自然环境整体价值为核心,对阻碍农村低碳经济发展的因素进行深度分析,借此寻求更加有效的低碳经济发展路径。

Low-carbon economy is an economic development model with the guidance of the concept of sustainable development, with the help of industrial upgrading, institutional optimization, technological innovation and other means to minimize energy consumption and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, aiming at achieving a win-win economic development between economic society and the ecological environment. However, due to the comprehensive factors such as ideology,development mode, production mode, technology and capital, low-carbon economy, a new economic paradigm, has not become a new form of rural economic development in the short term. Therefore, in addition to changing people’s ideas and constructing green production mode, we should take ecological civilization as a perspective, ecological civilization as a guide,respect the overall value of the natural environment as the core, to hinder the rural low-carbon economy factors for in-depth analysis, in order to find a more effective development path of Low-carbon economy.
