摘要
运用空间计量经济学方法,对我国30个省份2008—2016年的空间面板数据进行绿色创新产出的空间集聚和溢出效应的实证研究。结果表明:第一,我国30个省份绿色创新产出的正相关性显著,并且在地理空间上具有显著的正向空间溢出效应;第二,各绿色创新要素对本地区绿色创新产出以及对邻近地区空间溢出效应均存在差异,其中,人力资本呈现显著负向溢出效应,环境规制、开放度、交通基础设施密度以及互联网技术普及率的溢出效应呈现显著正向影响;第三,优化开发区域绿色创新产出遥遥领先于非优化开发区域,为促进两个区域协调发展,优化开发区域应起示范带头作用,并向非优化开发区域进行知识和技术溢出,从而提升非优化开发区域绿色创新能力。
Based on the spatial econometric method,this article conducts an empirical study on the spatial agglomeration and spillover effects of green innovation output in the spatial panel data of 30 provincial-level regions in China from 2008 to 2016.The results show that:Firstly,the positive correlation of green innovation output in 30 provincial-level regions in China is significant,and there is a significant positive spatial spillover effect in geographical space.Secondly,the various green innovation factors have different effects on the green innovation output of the regions and the spatial spillover effects on neighboring regions.Among them,human capital presents a significant negative spillover effect,while the spillover effects of environmental regulation,openness,transportation infrastructure density and Internet technology penetration rate have a significant positive impact.Thirdly,the green innovation output of the optimized development regions is far ahead of the non-optimized development regions.In order to promote the coordinated development of the two regions,the optimized development region should play a leading role in the demonstration and carry out knowledge and technology spillovers to the non-optimized development regions,thereby enhance the green innovation capability of non-optimized development regions.
