生态交通理论认识及区域生态交通状况评价——以北京市为例

The Theory of Ecological Transportation and Regional Ecological Traffic Condition Evaluation: Taking Beijing as an Example

近些年,我国交通运输事业取得巨大成绩,未来我国交通运输在注重"量"的同时,进入到关注"质"的发展阶段,交通强国是我国未来交通运输发展方向。建设交通强国,一个重要的方面就是要关注生态交通建设,优化交通生态。文章基于新视角对生态交通的概念和内涵进行定义和阐释,根据社会-经济-自然复合系统理论,利用熵值法对指标进行赋权,构建生态交通指标评价体系并运用该模型对北京市2010—2015年交通生态化水平进行综合评价。结果表明:北京市生态交通水平逐年提高,但总体水平不高。交通经济系统在2010—2015年呈逐步下降趋势,交通自然生态系统和交通人文生态系统逐年上升。说明北京市交通建设已经取得很大成就,各项基础设施需要完善,在注重"量"的同时已经开始朝着"质"的方向努力。未来北京市交通发展应继续往自然、人文生态方面倾斜。

In recent years,China’s transportation industry has made great achievements.In the future,China’s transportation will focus on the'quality'while focusing on the'quantity'of the development stage.Strong traffic country is the future direction of China’s transportation development.An important aspect of building a strong country in traffic is to pay attention to the construction of ecological traffic and optimize the transportation ecology.The article defines and explains the concept and connotation of ecological transportation based on a new perspective,according to socio-economic-natural compound system theory,the author uses entropy method to weight the indicators and builds an ecological traffic indicator evaluation system.This model was used to comprehensively evaluate the level of traffic ecology in Beijing from 2010 to 2015.The research results show that the level of ecological traffic in Beijing has increased year by year,but the overall level is not high.The transportation economic system was gradually declining from 2010 to 2015,and the traffic natural ecosystem and traffic and humanities ecosystem were increasing year by year.It shows that Beijing’s traffic construction has achieved great success.The various infrastructure areas have been improved,and efforts have been made toward'quality'while focusing on'quantity'.In the future,the traffic development in Beijing should continue to tilt toward the natural and cultural ecology.
