Jiabang Miao Ethnic Villages, located in the heart of the Moon Mountain in Congjiang County of the Southeastern Guizhou, is well known for their hundreds of terraces. Here, Miao people have grown rice on the terraces on the mountain. The terraces spiraling up along the Jiache River bank, with a 1000-meter drop, unveil the one-thousand-year-old local agriculture culture. When the urbanization drive takes over the countryside, this idyllic land, which has been quietly cuddling in the arm of the Moon Mountain, has revealed its myth and stepped forward to show its amazingly magic terrace scenery.
