甲子年,中国自然保护区建设的新思考

A new reflection on the nature reserves development in China

2016年是中国自然保护区建设的甲子年,对中国自然保护区建设的历程进行回顾,总结经验教训并展望未来,是非常必要的。尤其是近些年来一系列国家级风景名胜区,国家森林公园、地质公园、湿地公园、沙漠公园及海洋公园等的快速发展,更有党的'十八大'提出建立国家公园体制的顶层设计,给中国的自然保护区建设和发展提出了新的思考。

2016 marks the 60 th anniversary of the founding of the first nature reserve in China. Over the past six decades, the development of nature reserves has gone through three ups and downs. Up to now, China has established 2,740 natural reserves of various types and at different levels. Together with scenic spots, forest parks, geological parks, wetland parks, desert parks, marine parks, etc., the nature reserves cover more than 18% of the territorial area of China. The top-level design on national parks proposed in the 18 th CPC National Congress invites us to once more reflect on the establishment and development of nature reserves in China.
