2017年9月1日上午,在银川举行的第九届中国花卉博览会开幕式上,'丝绸之路生态文化万里行——银川生态文化地标'在中国花卉博览园隆重揭幕。在《唱开花儿等你来》的歌声中,原国务委员、第十一届全国人大常委会副委员长、中国花卉协会名誉会长陈至立,宁夏回族自治区党委书记、自治区人大常委会主任石泰峰。
