摘要
新中国成立以来,历经68年艰苦卓绝、持之以恒的荒漠化治理,我国实现了从'沙进人退'到'沙退人进'进而'人沙和谐'的历史性转变,创造出治沙史上的种种奇迹。率先实现荒漠化土地零增长目标,积极向国际社会输出治沙技术和经验,为各国提供研修和培训,为全球荒漠化治理作出了中国贡献。
For 68 years since the foundation of the P.R.C., China has waged an arduous war against desert encroachment, and has won a miracle victory in the battles against sands. China now leads the world in zero growth of deserts with the historical achievement that its people can finally live with much less intimidating sand, in harmony. It actively shares its experiences and know-hows in this regard with the international community by offering training and seminars, contributing to global desertification control.
