摘要
采用"大学生人际交往能力量表""正性负性情绪量表",对大学生人际交往能力和情绪进行测评,并对舞蹈治疗过程中的感受进行质性分析,探讨舞蹈治疗对大学生人际交往能力和情绪的影响。结果显示:舞蹈治疗干预后,大学生人际关系、自我表露和情感支持等能力增加,正性情绪显著升高、负性情绪显著下降;舞蹈治疗干预过程中大学生自我接纳和人际接纳能力提高。提示:舞蹈治疗可提升大学生人际交往能力,并对正性和负性情绪具有调节作用。
The study tried to explore the impact of dance therapy on college students’interpersonal skills and emotions based on the'Interpersonal Skills Scale'and'Positive&Negative Emotional Scale'The results find that after the intervention of the dance therapy,the interpersonal relationship,self-expression and emotion support levels were significantly improved,and the positive emotion was significantly increased while the negative emotion was significantly reduced.The study reached the conclusions that dance therapy can improve the interpersonal skills of college students and regulate the positive and negative emotions.
