420t/h锅炉省煤器泄漏原因分析及其改造方案的探讨

Leakage analysis and retrofitting plan of economizers in 420 t/h boilers in Lianzhou Power Plant

连州发电厂420t/h燃煤锅炉投产运行了两年多,其省煤器泄漏现象相当严重。为此,对省煤器泄漏的原因进行了分析,详细分析了烟气流速、飞灰浓度和受热面布置形式等对省煤器磨损的影响。根据发电厂的实际情况,对省煤器的改造进行了探讨,提出采用膜式省煤器可以较好地解决泄漏问题,并给出具体实施方案。

The leakage of the economizers in 420 t/h boilers in Lianzhou Power Plant becomes very severe after twoodd years service of the boilers.This paper analyzes the causes of the leakage,putting emphasis on the effects of flue gas velocity,fly ash concentration and heating surface layout,etc.on the abrasion of the economizers.According to the circumstances of the plant,the use of the membrane type economizer is suggested as a solution,and specific retrofitting plan is given.
