首先进行了化学成分设计 ,按照设计成分炼钢、制成试样 ,并用试样进行球化退火、淬回火、残余奥氏体测定、临界点测定等一系列的试验 ,最终确定了 BGS钢冷轧辊用新钢种。该钢种与当前的 MC系列相比具有一些新的优点 。

Through the chemical composition design, steel melting based on the designed composition to have the sample be produced, and the spheroidizing, quenching and tempering, the determination of the residual austenite and the determination of the critical point with the samples have been tested so that the final BGS steel used for the cold rolling mill rollers has been determined. Comparing with the current MC series steel, this steel has some new advantages, which is a kind of better cold roller steel.
