摘要
阐述ZMJ30型煤棒机在生产中存在的弊端,主要是:煤棒机机头棒模在挤压过程中经常堵塞,严重影响生产进程和煤棒质量。对机头结构进行力学分析,找出存在弊端的原因,对机头进行改造,满足了生产的需要。
In the paper the drawbacks of ZMJ30 coal column machine in production is described, which mainly focused on the frequent die block of in coal column machine in the course of extrusion so that production process and the quality of coal column is severely affected. Thus, mechanical analysis is done to the structure of the head to find the causes. Reformation is done so as to satisfy the requirements of production.
